When a prospect replies, the automated sequence stops immediately. You then take over manually.
You have three options in the conversation window:
- Resume Sequence — Reactivates the automated campaign and sends the next pre-scheduled message.
- AI Reply — Generates a draft response based on the prospect's message context.
- Manual — You type and send a fully custom message.
