Prospect Filters

These filters help you narrow down the individuals you want to reach:

Job title: Target specific roles or functions within a company (e.g., Head of Sales, Chief Executive Officer, CFO). This is critical for reaching decision-makers.

Seniority: Filter prospects by their level of experience or organizational hierarchy (e.g., VP, Director, C-level).

Prospect location: Segment individuals by their current geographic location, which may differ from the company headquarters.

Prospect department: Filter prospects by the department they work in (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Engineering).

Job experience: Filter based on the prospect's years of professional experience.

Profile description: Target prospects based on keywords found in their LinkedIn profile description.

Decision Maker: Toggle this on to narrow the results exclusively to contacts with decision-making power.

Started position after: Filter prospects who started their current role after a specific date — useful for targeting recently onboarded leads.
2. Company Filters
These filters help you define the type of companies you want to target:
- Override all other company filters: Enable this toggle to prioritize this campaign's company filters over any filters set at the profile level.
- Company domain: Target prospects from specific companies by entering their domain (e.g., company.com).
- Company Lookalike: Use your best-fit customers to automatically find other similar companies to target.
- Company headcount: Filter prospects based on the size of the company (e.g., number of employees) to ensure scale and relevance.
- Headquarters location: Segment companies based on where their main office is located.
- Industry tags: Target companies operating in specific sectors or fields (e.g., Cybersecurity, Financial Services, Retail).
- Annual revenue: Filter companies by their annual revenue range.
- Technologies: Target companies that use specific tools or technologies (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Department size: Filter based on the size of a specific department within the company.
- Keywords: Target companies based on specific keywords found in their profile or description.
- Funding: Filter companies by their funding stage or total funding raised (e.g., Seed, Series A, Series B).
- Website traffic: Target companies based on their estimated monthly website traffic volume.
- E-commerce: Filter companies that operate in the e-commerce space.
- Year founded: Target companies founded within a specific time range.
- Location count: Filter companies by the number of office locations they have.
- Mobile apps: Target companies that have mobile applications.

Once your filters are set, click Apply.
- Preview Samplead will show matching prospects on the right. If you spot poor matches, adjust your filters before moving on.
