What is the Inbox?
The Inbox is the central hub for managing all direct interactions with your prospects. It consolidates conversations from your campaigns, allowing you to respond manually while managing the automation flow.
Filtering and Prioritization
To help you focus on the most critical tasks, the inbox is divided into specific views:

All: Displays every conversation regardless of its status.

Unanswered: Shows prospects who have replied but have not yet received a response. This acts as your daily to-do list.

Archived: Contains conversations that have been closed or finished, keeping your main view clutter-free.

Understanding Status Tags
Each prospect in the list is marked with a visual status tag to indicate where they stand in the conversation:

Pending your reply: Highlights conversations where the prospect sent the last message and is waiting for your response.

Replied: Indicates that the prospect responded to a previous message in the sequence.

Connected: Shows prospects who have accepted your connection request but may not have replied to a message yet.

Connection request: Displays prospects to whom the initial invite has been sent but who have not yet accepted.

Conversation Controls
When you open a specific chat, you have access to several management tools located at the top and bottom of the screen:

Resume Sequence: When a prospect replies, the automated campaign pauses to prevent awkward robotic follow-ups. This button allows you to manually restart the automation if necessary.

Profile: Opens the prospect’s profile from The Outreach Platform in a new tab for additional context.
- More Options Menu: The three-dot menu provides quick manual actions like Mark as unread to save a message for later, or Mark as done to clear the conversation from your immediate view without archiving it.
Bottom Conversation Controls

Ask AI: An assistive feature located near the text input that helps draft responses based on the conversation context.
- Schedule message: Scheduling messages lets you queue a response for the ideal moment, ensuring your outreach is seen when it has the highest impact.

Advanced Filtering
By clicking the filter icon next to the search bar, advanced options appear to refine your view. This menu lets you filter conversations by specific Status, Tags, or Unread messages.
