There are two things to check and fix:

<li>Verify the HubSpot exclusion mapping. Go to Profile Settings → Excluded Companies to see your full active exclusion list, and Settings → Integrations → HubSpot → Excluded Companies to see what's coming from your CRM. If a company isn't appearing there, the HubSpot integration may not be capturing it correctly.</li>
<li>Fix your deal stage &amp; company status filters. Go to Settings → Integrations → HubSpot → Deals setup and make sure all relevant deal stages are included (e.g. "Went Cold", active deal stages, etc.). Do the same for Company Status. Once these are configured correctly, prospects tied to those deals/companies won't be surfaced as suggestions.</li>
