The Value of Sequence Replication

Copying a sequence allows you to quickly replicate proven messaging strategies from one profile to another without rebuilding the entire flow. This saves time and ensures consistency across your organization's outreach efforts.

Before getting started, make sure you have:

  • The campaign you want to copy (Source).
  • The campaign where you want to apply the sequence (Target).

Step 1: Open the campaigns page.

Navigate to the Campaigns page in your Samplead dashboard.

Step 2: Select the Target Campaign.

Locate and click on the campaign where you want the sequence to appear (the target).

Step 3: Open the Sequence Tab

Once inside the campaign settings, click the 'Sequence' tab. This is where you access the message flow settings and the menu to copy sequences.

Step 4: Initiate the Copy

Click the 'Copy sequence from' button located at the top right of the screen.

Step 5: Select the Source

A pop-up will appear asking you to choose the source of the sequence.

  1. Select the Profile you want to copy from (e.g., Guy Thomas).

  2. Select the Campaign that contains the sequence you want to replicate in the target campaign.

  3. Click Confirm.

Success: Sequence Copied

A confirmation message will appear at the top right of your screen stating 'Sequence copied successfully'.

Tips & Best Practices

Review Timing: Always check the timing between follow-ups, as what works for one audience may not be optimal for another.

Customize Placeholders: Ensure all placeholders (e.g., {first_name}, {company_name}) are functioning correctly after the copy.

A/B Testing: Use the copied sequence as a benchmark and run A/B tests with minor modifications to see if you can achieve even better reply rates.
